Outlines - I’m trying to work on the basics at the moment, namely value, line and color. Line seems the most fundamental place to start. I think that lines can be wonderful in their own right, as well as descriptive and accurate in whatever they are portraying. In addition it’s a great way to focus on seeing things as a whole.
